Job description

Potzus Ltd. is one of Saskatchewan's largest heavy construction companies. Established in 1966, we are a second-generation family-owned and operated business. We provide top-quality work to the Government of Saskatchewan, various municipalities, First Nations, and the private sector. Our day-to-day operations include excavation, earth moving, site development, aggregate production, and paving.

We are currently seeking Road Construction Packer Operators, Tractor, Rock Truck Operators, and Labourers for our road construction crew. Work will involve road construction and paving projects in Saskatchewan and near Weyburn, SK.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Familiarity with road construction and experience in the field is an asset.
  • Ability to operate multiple pieces of compaction equipment, including roller, broom tractor, skid steer, and rock truck.
  • Willingness to perform labour tasks as needed.
  • Past experience on paving or road-building crews is preferred.
  • Responsibility for safety and accountability for oneself and others.
  • Physically fit, able to stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Valid SK Class 5 driver's license and reliable transportation.
