We’re looking for an RNC Project Manager / Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and knows how to keep residential new construction projects on track and on time .

What You'll Be Doing :

You’ll be the point person ensuring HVAC & Plumbing installations run smoothly in new home builds. Responsibilities include :

• Scheduling crews for rough-ins, ductwork, QC, and warranty work
• Managing workflow using our customized software
• Coordinating with field foremen and warranty techs
• Communicating directly with builders and internal departments
• Monitoring timelines, labor, and material costs
• Entering timecards and ensuring job stages are completed on time
• Pulling permits and booking inspections
• Tracking incidents, vehicle inspections, and hazard assessments

What You Bring :

• A strong grasp of HVAC and Plumbing workflow
• Basic knowledge of building codes
• Excellent communication & organizational skills
• Experience with scheduling and project coordination
• Accountability and the drive to see it, own it, solve it, do it
• Comfort working in a dynamic, ever-changing environment
• A team-first mindset and commitment to high standards

Full-time, Permanent Days Salary : $60,000yr+ based on experience
