Job summary

Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for a direct hire, full-time opportunity with one of our LTAC partners in Abilene, TX. This role offers a chance to care for high-acuity patients recovering from complex medical conditions in a specialty LTAC setting.

You will provide direct nursing care, collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team, monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, educate patients and families, and ensure compliance

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Texas or compact state
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred
• BLS required; ACLS within 90 days of hire
• Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to excellence in patient care
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans
