Job summary

Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking experienced RNs for a direct hire, full-time role in Abilene, TX. You will provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients, coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, monitor progress, administer treatments, educate families, and ensure compliance with all policies and regulations.

Ideal candidates hold an active Texas or compact-state RN license, with 1+ year in acute care, ICU, or LTAC preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Texas or a compact state.
• BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days of hire.
• Experience in acute care, ICU, or LTAC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care plans.
• Monitor progress, administer medications, and document findings.
• Educate patients and families, and advocate for long-term recovery.
• Maintain compliance with policies, standards and regulatory guidelines.
