Summary

AS THE DIRECTOR OF NURSING (RN), you’ll be responsible for leading the nursing department, overseeing all nursing service functions, ensuring quality resident care, and maintaining personnel competency.

Qualifications

  • Current PA RN License
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related healthcare field
  • Proven experience as a Director of Nursing or willingness to train
  • At least 1 year of Nurse Leadership experience in Long Term Care as a Registered Nurse
  • Previous management experience (preferred)
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with healthcare team members
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, shifts, and across departments
