Job summary

ParaMed is seeking an experienced Clinical Office Supervisor - RN in North York, Ontario. This office-based, full-time role requires weekend availability and a 4-day work week rotation (Sat–Tue or Sun–Mon).

You will supervise Personal Support Services workers and nurses, ensure safe care, and support clinical documentation and reporting to funders. The ideal candidate has 5+ years as an RN, Ontario registration, and strong leadership, teaching, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Current RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario and entitled to practice without restrictions.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a practicing Registered Nurse.
• Understanding of community nursing practices and clinical supervision.

Responsibilities

• Support nurses to ensure practices comply with legislated standards and company policies.
• Respond to and advise/resolve concerns from staff, patients, and families.
• Lead through regular huddles, meetings, and one-on-ones to provide direction.
• Initiate patient safety incident investigations and document action plans.
• Collaborate with nursing and personal support teams for clinical documentation and funder reporting.
