Interior Health's Kootenay Boundary Regional Hospital in Trail, BC is seeking a relief part-time Registered Nurse Clinical Mentor to lead and support the team in Medical Inpatient Nursing. The role focuses on rapid clinical mentorship and staff development, alongside nurse educators, to uplift nursing practice and champion patient care.

Qualifications

• Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
• Three (3) years of acute care in Medical Inpatient nursing and leadership training or equivalent experience.
• Valid B.C. Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Mentor nursing staff and support skills development.
• Provide elbow-to-elbow clinical mentorship and practice support.
• Advise on nursing practice and participate in staff training and development.
