Job summary

Extendicare Mapleview Home in Sault Ste Marie, Ontario, is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate team. You will provide nursing care to residents and offer leadership to nursing and personal care staff.

You will liaise with an interdisciplinary team to develop, implement, and evaluate care plans, and you will direct, supervise, and evaluate staff while communicating clearly with residents and families. Experience with long-term care is valued.

Qualifications

• Current registration with provincial College of Nurses as an RN.
• Compassion, professionalism, and respect.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
