Job summary

Foundation Physiotherapy & Wellness, with locations across Toronto, is seeking RMTs passionate about orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. You will deliver treatment plans, promote wellness, and build a loyal client base while collaborating with a team dedicated to outcomes.

New graduates welcome. The role offers opportunities for mentorship, ongoing education, and involvement in community events within a dynamic clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Must be CMTO registered and in good standing.
• Strong interest in orthopedic injuries, musculoskeletal medicine and rehabilitation.
• Ability to treat a minimum of 6 hours per day, with 3 clients back to back, followed by a break.
• Commitment to pursuing post-graduate education and professional development.
• Engaging personality with excellent listening, communication, and team work skills.
• Must fit with the company core values (above).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to prescribe treatment plans and promote preventative care, wellness and massage therapy.
• Deliver an excellent clinical and customer service experience.
• Build a loyal caseload of engaged, health-conscious clients.
• Recognize when referrals are needed and make appropriate referrals.
• Attend professional learning opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in community outreach events.
