Job summary

Foundation Physiotherapy & Wellness is a Toronto-based group of clinics delivering evidence-based musculoskeletal care. We employ physiotherapists, RMTs, and chiropractors and emphasize an exceptional client experience in a progressive, energetic, results-driven setting.

New graduates are welcome. We offer mentorship, in-house courses, and opportunities to grow into senior roles with mentoring. TTC access and staff discounts are available.

Qualifications

• Must be a CMTO member.
• Interest in orthopedic injuries, musculoskeletal medicine and rehabilitation.
• Must be able to treat a minimum of 6 hours/day, with 3 clients back to back, followed by a break.
• Interest in pursuing post graduate education & professional development.
• Engaging personality with listening, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Must fit with our company core values.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to prescribe treatment plans and promote preventative care and wellness.
• Deliver an excellent clinical and customer service experience.
• Build a loyal caseload of engaged and health-conscious clients.
• Recognize when referrals are needed and make appropriate referrals.
• Attend professional learning opportunities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in community outreach events.

We are looking for RMT's with a strong interest in treating in an orthopedic, post operative and MSK clinical setting. We are a fast paced environment with referral sources from the community, physicians, surgeons and a strong digital presence.

Compensation

• A base hourly wage for client facing and non-client facing hours (min 6 hours/shift).
• On top of that, you earn a commission per client hour.
• Earn up to $2000/year in quarterly bonuses.
• $500-$1000 in Education Allowances for post graduate courses
  • (or towards Registration fees)
• Guaranteed yearly cost of living adjustments
  • + Plus earn increases in compensation by meeting performance targets
• First year compensation potential on a 34 hour FT (80% booked) schedule is valued at $80,000
