About the Role :

We are seeking a detail-oriented, results-driven RMA Clerk with strong communication skills to join a fast-paced environment. The role involves administrative and physical tasks related to receiving, storing, and shipping materials. The ideal candidate will handle functions such as dock receiving, inventory management, and RTV shipping (return to vendor).

Compensation for this position is $18.20 per hour, with actual salary based on location, experience, education, and skills, and will be mutually agreed upon at the offer stage.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Picking Return to Vendor Orders
  2. QC Orders
  3. Verifying physical inventory counts
  4. Using RF Gun to put away inventory
  5. Receiving shipments from branches and carriers
  6. Wrapping products on a skid
  7. Creating material transfers
  8. Sorting freight and recording package details accurately
  9. Following return processes
  10. Maintaining safety, housekeeping, and departmental standards

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Warehouse experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Manual dexterity and quick learning ability

Additional notes:

Work in a safe manner, report hazards, and adhere to health and safety practices. Assist in departmental coverage as needed and perform other duties as assigned by management.
