THE JOB
We are actively seeking a Risk Underwriting Manager within our Canadian Risk Underwriting Team. The Risk Underwriting Manager will be responsible for the proactive and dynamic management of Canada’s portfolio of trade credit insurance exposure and overview of a team or risk underwriters who will be making credit assessments on Canadian companies. The Risk Underwriting Manager will recognize two direct reports and will be expected to implement and lead monthly portfolio monitoring initiatives, participate in direct client communications, drive credit limit decision optimization, and support team professional development, while maintaining and building upon core underwriting quality standards. The manager will also be involved with broader North American risk underwriting initiatives.
