About The Role

  • Lead a team of analysts to ensure all risk and regulatory reports meet deadlines and requirements, especially in terms of accuracy and compliance.
  • Continuously review the process, timelines, and quality of reports.
  • Collaborate with relevant units to incorporate changes in business processes or regulations into reporting databases and reports.
  • Maintain reporting databases and resolve related issues.
  • Prepare data for inquiries from regulators, lenders, and other stakeholders.

About You

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, in any field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience handling MIS/Analytics for Credit/Risk Management in Banking, Multifinance, Fintech, or similar.
  • Previous exposure to regulatory reports, e.g., SLIK, SILARAS, PUSDAFIL.
  • At least 1 year of experience managing a team.
  • Experience working with large datasets using SQL is required.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
