About The Role

• Lead a team of analysts to ensure all risk and regulatory reports meet deadlines and requirements, especially in terms of accuracy and compliance.
• Continuously review processes, timelines, and report quality.
• Collaborate with relevant units to incorporate changes in business processes or regulations into reporting databases and reports.
• Maintain reporting databases and resolve related issues.
• Prepare data for inquiries from regulators, lenders, and stakeholders.

About You

Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.

Minimum 3 years of experience handling MIS / Analytics for Credit / Risk Management in Banking, Multifinance, Fintech, or similar.

Experience with regulatory reports such as SLIK, SILARAS, PUSDAFIL.

At least 1 year of team management experience.

Proficiency in working with large datasets using SQL.

Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
