A fast-growing consumer finance provider in Markham is seeking a Risk Reporting - Assistant Manager to lead a team of analysts. The role involves ensuring compliance and accuracy in risk reports, managing processes, and collaborating with units to implement changes in reporting. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and have at least 3 years of experience in analytics for risk management, along with proficiency in SQL and communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.

About The Role

  • Lead a team of analysts to ensure all risk and regulatory reports meet deadlines and requirements, especially in terms of accuracy and compliance.
  • Continuously review processes, timelines, and report quality.
  • Collaborate with relevant units to incorporate changes in business processes or regulations into reporting databases and reports.
  • Maintain reporting databases and resolve related issues.
  • Prepare data for inquiries from regulators, lenders, and stakeholders.

About You

  • Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience handling MIS / Analytics for Credit / Risk Management in Banking, Multifinance, Fintech, or similar.
  • Experience with regulatory reports such as SLIK, SILARAS, PUSDAFIL.
  • At least 1 year of team management experience.
  • Proficiency in working with large datasets using SQL.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
