Jacobs is seeking candidates for a Risk Manager (Commercial / Technical) to implement risk management methodology & tools, providing guidance to stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood, applied, and used consistently.

1. Manage program / project risk for specific clients following Cost and Schedule Risk Analysis (CSRA).
2. Define risk management framework (policy, strategy, plan), establish processes, and organize resources with leadership support.
3. Conduct Risk Assessment Workshops and Training, identify and define risks, evaluate impact, and develop mitigation measures to reduce budget and schedule impacts.
4. Manage risk assessments, evaluations, prioritizations, and updates for high and medium risk programs or projects, monitoring mitigation actions.
5. Lead and participate in risk reviews, apply Monte Carlo analysis, and recommend mitigation actions.
6. Review mitigation costs, budgets, and actuals, ensuring contingency reserve accuracy and applying cost controls.
7. Perform cost/benefit analysis of contingency actions.
8. Prepare risk reports and conduct Risk Assessment Briefings for clients and management.
9. BS degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
10. At least 3+ years of experience as a Risk Manager or similar role, or 7+ years of related experience without a degree.
11. Experience or understanding of Project Controls (estimate / cost and schedule).
12. Knowledge of risk methodology and tools, and key disciplines including Engineering, Operations, and Procurement.
13. Strong networking and relationship-building skills with functional areas and clients.
14. Fluency in French is required.
