Our client is looking for a Risk Manager for a long-term project in Toronto, Canada (onsite only). Below are the detailed requirements.

Job Description:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Risk Manager or similar role.
- Must have experience in either: Safran or Arm (either of these two is required).
- Construction / Civil Engineering domain experience is mandatory.
- Previous experience or extensive understanding of Project Controls (estimate / cost and schedule).
- Ability to apply Monte Carlo analysis to inform and recommend mitigation actions and ensure progress to recovery plans.
- Proven knowledge of risk methodology and tools, with understanding of key disciplines including Commercial, Finance, Operations, and Procurement.
- Manage program and project risk and opportunity for specific bundles and work packages following Cost and Schedule Risk Analysis.
- Define and implement risk management frameworks, strategies, and plans; organize risk management resources with leadership support across participants.
- Conduct Risk Assessment Workshops with project teams and program partners.
- Lead identification and definition of risks and opportunities, evaluate impacts, and develop mitigation measures to reduce potential cost and schedule impacts.
- Manage risk assessment, evaluation, prioritization, and updates for all bundles and work packages.
- Monitor and measure mitigation actions to prevent risks.
- Participate in regular risk reviews to identify, capture, and agree on risks with project teams and partners.
- Review mitigation costs, budgets, and actuals; evaluate risks to ensure contingency reserves support cost control.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual risk data analysis reports.
- A post-graduate diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related field is required.
