Risk Manager

Join AtkinsRéalis in shaping a sustainable future. We are seeking a Risk Manager to join our Risk Management Canada team. The role offers a hybrid work model with a base location flexible across Canada, primarily based in Toronto, ON. Responsibilities include facilitating and delivering project risk assessments using Monte Carlo simulation software (Safran, @Risk, ARM, OPRA).

Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing client project relationships to support risk management.
  • Understanding project documentation and interrogating schedules and costs.
  • Facilitating risk workshops and maintaining detailed records.
  • Recreating high-level schedules using MS Project and P6.
  • Classifying project costs and analyzing contingency.
  • Using risk modelling software to generate scenario analyses.
  • Preparing reports, slide decks, and summaries using templates.
  • Performing QA on project documentation.
  • Handling multiple projects with prioritization skills.
  • Traveling to client sites as needed, approximately once a month.
  • Developing risk management training materials.
  • Supporting internal risk strategies and drafting risk content for RFPs.
  • Maintaining internal processes and identifying risk opportunities with clients.
