Job Details

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process program registrations received via fax, e-mail and phone on a daily basis;
  • Ensure prompt updates to program database on an ongoing basis;
  • Maintain effective communications with multiple external and internal customers;
  • Maintain accurate electronic records of information regarding patient and program registrations, patient data, laboratory alerts, and requests for further information; and
  • Communicate with internal and external clients as deemed necessary.
  • The Risk Management Associate will also be assigned other duties and tasks as required.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in customer service / data entry role, in an office setting

  • Working experience in a pharmaceutical/biotech or healthcare-related industries is an asset

  • College diploma or University degree in a related field;

  • Proactive customer focus

  • Bilingualism an asset

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing

  • Professional / courteous / efficient telephone manner

  • Effective interpersonal and leadership skills

  • Effective organizational skills; attention to detail

  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines Excellent problem-solving skills; ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently Ability to work independently and in a team environment; Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Office Programs
