Job summary

Tekshapers is seeking a candidate with strong hands-on experience in banking operational processes such as fraud, loans, deposits, and procurement. Familiarity with US regulatory frameworks and experience in process testing and control assessment are essential.

Certifications like CPA/CA or CIA in regulatory audits are preferred, especially with control testing experience. SOX operations work is acceptable if it relates to operations rather than ITGC.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of banking operational processes like fraud, loan, deposits, Procurement etc.
• Familiarity with key US regulatory frameworks
• Experience in process testing and control assessment with design and operating effectiveness
• Professional certifications preferred CPA CA or equivalent, CIA Operations and regulatory audit with control testing experience
• SOX experience acceptable if it is SOX operations (not ITGC)
• CISA or any other certification not mandatory for this position
• Required Skill Set: Operations and regulatory audit with bank operations knowledge such as loans, deposits, procurement, etc.
