Join a leading financial institution and help shape the way complex technical information is communicated across the organization. We’re looking for a skilled communicator and visual storyteller who can engage a wide range of stakeholders—from business teams to the Board of Directors.

This is an 8-month contract which requires the talent to work onsite when required at our client's office in downtown Toronto.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and lead communication plans that support enterprise-wide initiatives
• Create clear, simplified messages for technical and non-technical audiences
• Translate complex concepts into engaging content using visuals, written communications, and learning materials
• Support strategic initiatives with communication materials tailored for senior leadership and the C-Suite

What You Bring:

• Experience in graphic design and content creation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Strong writing and editing skills—you’re confident crafting messages that resonate
• Ability to synthesize and simplify complex technical ideas
• Background in risk communication or technical communication within a large organization
• Experience in data management or data risk management
• Previous event planning or stakeholder engagement experience
