Evolve Surface Strategies Inc. is seeking an experienced Right of Way/Land Agent for Grande Prairie, AB. The role focuses on acquiring land rights, negotiating fair compensation, and engaging with landowners and stakeholders in ongoing project work across North America.

The candidate should be self-starter and capable of supporting environmental and regulatory compliance. The position requires Alberta Land Agent licensure (or interim license), a valid driver’s license, and strong MS Office + GIS

Qualifications

• 2+ years land acquisition experience.
• Alberta Permanent Land Agent license or Interim Alberta Land Agent License.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Proficiency with technology-based updates and project management systems (GIS, spreadsheets, email).
• MS Office applications including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Profession: Right of Way/Land Agent - Grande Prairie, AB

Our team is seeking an experienced right of way agent in Alberta who is a self-starter and has demonstrated success in bringing a level of comfort to all parties involved during the surface acquisition process. We are looking for a team player that has a keen enthusiasm for the energy industry. The successful candidate will immediately participate in the public engagement and acquisition process on new projects, as well as provide support on current Evolve acquisition work.

What we require…

• 2+ years land acquisition experience.

• Work and live in Grande Prairie or surrounding area.

• Alberta Permanent Land Agent license or Interim Alberta Land Agent License.
  

• Valid drivers license with clean driving abstract.

• Professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information.

• Comfortable and competent with technology-based update and project management systems (ie. Mapping/GIS, spreadsheets, emails etc.).

• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office applications including Power Point, Word, Excel and Outlook.

• Post-secondary education.

• Active member ofIRWA or working towards a designation.
