Job summary

Ensign Energy in Western Canada is seeking a Rig Manager to oversee drilling operations and rig crews. You will lead safety, efficiency, and performance on-site, coordinating with client representatives and service partners to meet project objectives.

The role requires strong leadership, 5+ years of drilling experience, and proven ability to manage crews, with valid well control certification. A comprehensive benefits package and vehicle allowance are included.

  • Valid Well Control certification and thorough well control knowledge.

  • All standard safety certifications (H2S, First Aid, CSTS, Fall Protection)

About the Role

Ensign Energy is seeking Rig Managers to oversee drilling operations and rig crews across Western Canada. As Rig Manager, you are the on-site leader responsible for safety, efficiency, and performance of the entire rig operation.
