Polyclinic Family and Specialty Medicine are part of one of the largest Health Care Hubs in north Toronto. We are looking for a Dermatologist to join our busy team of over 40 physicians (which includes family physicians and specialists) We are open 9am-8pm Monday through Friday and 9am-4pm Saturdays.

What you will be doing:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for seeing general adult rheumatology consultations, providing patient care, and ensuring the highest standards of medical practice. This role requires a compassionate approach to patient interactions and a commitment to ongoing professional development in rheumatology. We are flexible in terms of the number of clinics per month and we are open to holding clinics in the evenings and weekends. Onsite diagnostic services include busy walk-in clinic, laboratory, x-ray, ultrasound, bone-density, mammography, full pulmonary function testing, methacholine challenge testing, endoscopy, sleep studies, stress testing, echocardiography, stress‑echocardiography, holter monitoring, ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, and audiology testing. We also have an onsite pharmacy, rehabilitation centre, dentists, optometrist, pain clinic and cataract surgical centre.

You have:

All candidates must be able to function proficiently in English, hold an MD, MBBS or the equivalent thereto and be certified or eligible for certification by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada or have comparable qualifications. The successful candidate must have completed subspecialty training in Rheumatology and must hold or be eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO). Fellows currently completing their specialty training in rheumatology in Ontario are also welcome to apply.

The salary for this position falls within a defined range and will be determined based on several factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and the needs of the organization.
