Job Description:

Agathos Classical School is seeking a 10th grade humanities teacher for the 2025-2026 academic year. Courses include Medieval History and Literature, and additional teaching skills in a classical language or rhetoric is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a love for Christian discipleship, scholarly expertise in the humanities, teaching experience in a classical environment, and ongoing professional training and experiences.

Qualifications:

  1. The candidate must be a professing Christian.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in History, Literature, or a related humanities field.
  3. Proficiency in classical pedagogy, including Socratic discussion.
  4. 3+ years teaching experience is preferred but not required.
