Job Title: RFR-OCM-105 - Change Management Specialist

Working Status: Remote from inside Canada.

Client: Shared Health Manitoba

Contract Duration: 8 month

Location: Remote

Mandatory Requirements

1. Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification.

Skills and Experience

1. 10 years’ experience as a project resource delivering information system projects.

2. 7 years’ experience as a change management specialist performing stakeholder analysis and organizational readiness assessments.

3. 2 years’ experience implementing clinical information systems to accommodate long-term or homecare patient registration.

4. 3 years’ experience developing and delivering end user training. Experience should include the assessment of training needs, development of training materials, and delivery of training one-on-one or in a classroom setting.

5. 2 years’ experience implementing the Procura suite of products in a long term care environment. Experience should include designing clinical workflows and analysis to integrate the software with other clinical systems.

6. 2 years’ experience supporting or implementing pharmacy systems in a clinical setting.
