Job Title: RFP & Grant Writer

About the Company:

We’re working with an innovative healthcare startup that’s transforming how in-home care is delivered across Canada. They’ve grown rapidly and are now focused on scaling their impact even further through strategic funding and partnerships.

Your Role:

You’ll lead the charge in identifying, writing, and submitting high-impact grant applications and RFPs. This role is a 50/50 split between grant writing and RFP responses — ideal for someone who’s sharp with words and passionate about making healthcare more accessible and community-focused.

Qualifications:

-3–5 years of experience in grant and/or RFP writing

-Strong writing chops with a track record of winning submissions

-Great at juggling multiple deadlines and organizing info from cross-functional teams (Project Management)

-Detail-oriented and self-motivated

-Experience in healthcare or social services is a bonus

-Based in Toronto with 2 days/week in-office
