Analyze, develop, and manage commercial tenders from end to end, with full responsibility for coordinating and driving the tender response with strategic business partners. Review, negotiate, and execute commercial contracts with customers, ensuring quality and legal compliance.

How you’ll make an impact:
  1. Develop tender strategies and project manage tender responses, providing value-added guidance to support optimized company and product positioning.
  2. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments (sales, legal, regulatory, supply chain, marketing, finance, customer relations) to update tender collateral proactively. Ensure risks and opportunities are communicated, and strategies are implemented to minimize risks and maximize opportunities.
  3. Regularly check Provincial and Federal RFP web portals for matching opportunities with the company’s products and communicate these to the business team for bid/no bid decisions.
  4. Stay up to date with Provincial and Federal tender requirements.
  5. Manage activities throughout the contract lifecycle, building strong external relationships with customers to support contract implementation strategies.
  6. Create and redline new contracts and amendments, including extensions and renewals. Evaluate prior terms and conditions, and negotiate revised terms where appropriate.
  7. Interface with internal and external customers for contract execution, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and securing approvals.
  8. Develop improved processes and implement efficiencies based on identified opportunities for innovation and optimization.
  9. Manage contracts pricing in the Model N system, including rebates and regular reporting to the business and finance teams.
  10. Manage contracts and RFPs in Salesforce, including regular analysis and reporting.
What you’ll need:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 5 years of relevant experience in contract or bid management.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Model N and Qlik preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French (business level).
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to analyze abstract data and convert it into concrete insights.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of contract terms and sales operations.
  • Attention to detail and ability to interact professionally at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to coordinate across departments and represent the organization externally.
  • Ability to liaise with senior personnel on significant matters, requiring coordination.
  • Adherence to company rules, safety, and environmental protocols.
