Qualifications

• Expertise in RF blocks such as LNAs, PAs, mixers, VCOs, PLLs, and synthesizers.
• Strong understanding of analog/mixed-signal design flows and verification methods.

Job Opportunity : RF IC Technical Team Leader

Role Overview : We are seeking an experienced RF IC Technical Team Leader to lead and mentor a team of engineers, set technical direction, and manage RF IC development projects from conception to production. This leadership role combines technical expertise with strategic team management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor RF and mixed-signal IC design teams, providing technical guidance and performance feedback.
• Define and oversee RF IC architecture and design for low-power, high-performance applications.
• Coordinate project planning and resource management with programme managers and engineering teams.
• Improve RF design flows, methodologies, and toolchains to boost efficiency and quality.
• Manage silicon implementation, validation, and production ramp-up in collaboration with layout, test, and packaging teams.
• Represent the RF IC team in technical reviews internally and externally.

Requirements :

• Proven experience in RF IC design and development, preferably with CMOS or SOI technologies.
• Expertise in RF blocks such as LNAs, PAs, mixers, VCOs, PLLs, and synthesizers.
• Strong understanding of analog / mixed-signal design flows, simulation tools, and verification methods.
• Experience leading technical teams or mentoring junior engineers.
• Excellent project and stakeholder management skills, capable of balancing technical and project priorities.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
