As we scale, we need to establish a function and team skill set that transcends specific teams, clients, and internal structures. This function will serve as the custodian of best-in-class solutions, consolidating learnings across our organization and elevating the architectural and technical knowledge of our broader team. The ideal candidate resides in the US, Canada, or Latin America.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with RevOps Consultants, Program Managers, and Analysts to build solutions and technology roadmaps.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on solutioning, guiding decisions on scalability, trade-offs, and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other tools to support scalable RevOps architecture.
  • Design and ensure quality of solutions with higher complexity, involving integrations and significant data or user impact.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for challenging architectural components.
  • Mentor and up-skill the broader consulting team, maintaining architecture principles.

About You

  • 8-10 years in consulting or revenue operations as an architect.
  • Focus on technical architecture, solution architecture, or CPQ.
  • Strong technical interest, SaaS knowledge, and excellent presentation skills.
  • Organized with good project management skills.
  • High attention to detail and quality.
  • Experience with Salesforce or Marketing Automation platforms is a plus.
