Job summary

Graitec Group is seeking an Implementation Consultant to train, mentor, and provide technical support for BIM software adoption. The role requires strong BIM knowledge, Revit proficiency, and excellent communication to ensure customer success across MEP and AEC projects.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to design consulting offerings and drive customer value, with opportunities to lead strategic engagements and define best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of BIM methodologies, coordination workflows, and modeling standards across MEP and AEC domains.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP/ Architecture/Engineering modules).
• Solid technical knowledge in MEP engineering and/or broader AEC disciplines.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills with ability to simplify technical topics.
• Autodesk, BIM, or Revit certifications are highly valued.

Through training, consulting, and post-sales support, the team ensures successful implementation and continuous improvement. They collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and drive solution excellence.

Overview

Business Purpose & Value Contribution

The Implementation Consultant is a customer-facing role focused on delivering training, mentoring, and technical support to ensure successful software adoption. This role contributes to customer satisfaction, retention, and solution optimization through expert consulting, content creation, and collaboration with internal teams.

Consulting & Training Delivery

• Deliver project-based support and tailored training to accelerate customer adoption and maximize satisfaction
• Design and implement consulting offerings aligned with project goals, leveraging customer data and analytics for measurable impact
• Lead strategic engagements and follow-up sessions using data-driven insights to improve performance and drive continuous improvement

Post-Sales Technical Support

• Resolve technical issues efficiently to ensure solution stability and customer confidence
• Apply advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis, using data to identify trends and prevent recurring issues
• Define and improve support frameworks, train others, and implement high-performance standards

Content Creation & Knowledge Sharing

• Produce high-quality documentation, articles, and videos to support customer enablement and strengthen brand positioning
• Use analytics to measure content relevance and impact, continuously improving knowledge-sharing frameworks
• Lead content strategy and implement data governance for global benchmarking

Pre-Sales Engagement

• Demonstrate solution value and technical expertise through product demos and customer meetings, supporting revenue growth

• Define pre-sales methodologies and integrate predictive analytics to improve win rates

Continuous Learning & Certifications

Responsibilities

• Experience as an MEP Implementation Consultant, BIM Consultant (MEP or AEC), Technical Consultant, or similar role within the AEC/BIM industry (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Architecture, or Engineering)
• Experience delivering training, consulting, and post-sales support for software solutions across MEP and/or AEC environments
• Strong operational expertise in Autodesk Revit (MEP and/or Architecture/Engineering disciplines) within real project environments
• Experience supporting customers in the adoption, optimization, and standardization of BIM workflows, including both MEP-focused and broader AEC use cases
• Experience working in interdisciplinary environments, collaborating across MEP, architectural, and engineering teams
• Exposure to pre-sales activities (product demos, technical presentations, workflow reviews) is highly valued
• Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken;
• Spanish proficiency is a strong advantage (nice to have)
