Job summary

Graitec Group is seeking an Implementation Consultant in Canada to deliver tailored training, provide post-sales technical support, and help customers adopt BIM/MEP workflows. You will design consulting offerings, mentor teams, and create content to accelerate software adoption.

You will demonstrate Autodesk Revit MEP proficiency, support cross-functional projects, and use data-driven insights to optimize customer outcomes and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of BIM methodologies, coordination workflows, and modeling standards across MEP and AEC domains.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP.
• Solid technical knowledge in MEP engineering (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and workflow optimization skills.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Architecture, or a related AEC field.
• Autodesk, BIM, or Revit certifications are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Experience as an MEP Implementation Consultant, BIM Consultant MEP, Technical Consultant, or similar role within the AEC/BIM industry.
• Experience delivering training, consulting, and post-sales support for software solutions across MEP environments.
• Strong operational expertise in Autodesk Revit MEP within real project environments.
• Experience supporting customers in the adoption, optimization, and standardization of BIM workflows, including both MEP-focused and broader AEC use cases.
• Experience working in interdisciplinary environments, collaborating across MEP, architectural, and engineering teams.
• Exposure to pre-sales activities (product demos, technical presentations, workflow reviews) is highly valued.
• Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
