About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and results-driven Revenue Operations (RevOps) Specialist to join our growing team. As a RevOps Specialist, you will play a critical role in optimizing our revenue engine, ensuring alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, and driving operational excellence through systems, processes, and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Systems & Tools Management: Administer and optimize key go-to-market systems (CRM, marketing automation, reporting tools) to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.
- Process Optimization: Identify, design, and implement process improvements across the revenue funnel to drive scalability and efficiency.
- Reporting & Analytics: Build and maintain dashboards, provide regular reporting on key revenue metrics (pipeline, conversion rates, retention, NRR), and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align processes, improve handoffs, and support strategic initiatives.
- Revenue Performance Support: Assist in territory planning, forecasting, compensation tracking, and sales enablement activities.
- Data Management: Ensure accurate and consistent data across all systems, implementing best practices for data hygiene and governance.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot operational issues, system errors, or reporting discrepancies, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years in a Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or similar role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Technical Aptitude: Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred), marketing automation tools, and reporting systems.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive approach to diagnosing issues and implementing effective solutions.
- Organizational Skills: Strong time management and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Marketing Knowledge: An understanding of marketing and sales funnel metrics or direct experience supporting go-to-market teams is a major plus.
Compensation
The total compensation for this position ranges from $75k to $80k CAD annually, comprising a mix of base salary, performance bonus, and profit share.
