Job description

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join our growing global team at Sectigo.

Role Overview

The Revenue Operations Manager, Sales Technology, will be responsible for the administration, optimization, and strategic development of our sales tools, ensuring they effectively support our sales and marketing teams. This individual will work closely with our Salesforce team as the SME for sales processes and requirements.

This individual contributor role reports to the Revenue Operations organization and collaborates with Marketing, Sales, and Rev Ops peers worldwide while working remotely.

Core responsibilities include :

  • Administer our sales tools (SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Clari, Delivr.ai) to meet business needs and follow best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and streamline sales processes within the CRM to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
  • Collaborate with Sales, IT, Marketing, and Finance to align workflows with business objectives.
  • Gather stakeholder requirements and prepare detailed documentation for system improvements.
  • Act as the SME on sales processes, driving best practices with the Salesforce team.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement for system and tools training to ensure high adoption and proper usage.
  • Perform other duties as assigned related to this role and company initiatives.

Qualifications

Education :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience preferred.

Experience :

  • Minimum of 3+ years in CRM / systems administration, revenue operations, or sales operations, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Expertise in sales technology such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Clari, Delivr.ai.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and how to enhance them with technology.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with intent data platforms, CDPs, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to streamline complex systems and improve processes.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, think creatively, and resolve conflicts effectively.
