The Revenue Operations Analyst will play a critical role in supporting customer experience (CX) and revenue operations through strategic Gainsight administration, reporting, and collaboration. You will ensure that Gainsight configurations align with CX goals, streamline revenue processes, and leverage data to foster customer satisfaction and revenue growth. With a proactive approach, you will drive improvements in customer health metrics and provide insights and recommendations to help the business achieve its growth objectives. The base pay range for this position in Canada is $75K-$100K CAD/year + bonus.
The compensation offered will be determined by factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, knowledge, and skills. Many of our positions are eligible for additional types of compensation (e.g., commission plans, bonus, etc.) which our Talent Acquisition team will share with you if you interview for the role.
