Drive Revenue Strategy at a Leading Rental Real Estate Company and Shape the Performance of a Landmark Multi-Family Portfolio
Your New Employer
Based in Toronto, our client is a well-established real estate organization with a strong pipeline of purpose-built residential rental communities in high-growth urban markets. Known for their commitment to design excellence, long-term investment thinking, and superior resident experience, they are redefining what it means to rent in Canada.
With a healthy balance sheet, steady development pipeline, and an internal culture defined by collaboration and performance, the company offers a unique platform for strategic thinkers who want to make a measurable impact on NOI and asset performance.
Your New Role
As the Revenue Manager, you’ll be a key player within the Asset Management team, responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and executing the revenue strategy for a growing portfolio of Class A residential rental properties. From unit-level pricing decisions to portfolio-wide rent forecasting, this is a highly analytical and collaborative role that regularly interacts with the Leasing, Marketing, and Operations teams, as well as senior leadership.
You’ll lead pricing reviews, build revenue models, oversee renewal strategies, and guide rent optimization through data-driven analysis. Using internal tools and market research, you’ll assess how competitor offerings, incentives, occupancy trends, and unit amenities impact demand and revenue potential. You’ll also present your insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders, helping the team stay agile in a rapidly evolving rental landscape.
This is a new role for the team and a rare opportunity to join a high-performing real estate team with direct influence on investment outcomes.
What Sets You Apart
You’re a data-driven, financially literate professional with 5–8 years of experience in pricing, revenue, or leasing strategy, ideally within a residential real estate or hospitality environment. You understand the fundamentals of supply and demand and know how to turn market signals into strategic recommendations.
You possess intermediate to advanced Excel skills and a knack for synthesizing large datasets into actionable insights. You’re confident, collaborative, and able to speak the language of cross-functional stakeholders. Whether you’ve worked with pricing tools, property systems, or BI dashboards, you’re curious, resourceful, and proactive in identifying new revenue opportunities.
Experience with pricing platforms, Yardi, or business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau is considered an asset, along with the ability to create reporting models and familiarity with the Cube database is preferred, although not required. More importantly, you bring the ability to think critically, communicate clearly, and lead with both humility and initiative.
What You Can Expect
This is a visible, high-impact role with exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to grow into a more strategic decision-making role over time. You’ll work in a dynamic, high-growth environment where your voice is heard, and your work contributes directly to the company’s bottom line.
The organization offers competitive compensation, a robust bonus program, four weeks of vacation, and the chance to work from a vibrant downtown office alongside some of the industry’s most driven and values-aligned professionals.
