We are growing and would like to add a new member to our team. You will join a group of highly motivated individuals, to help us grow Phorest faster.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and passionate salesperson to join our Grow Team as a Revenue Growth Manager. The ideal candidate has multi-faceted sales experience in the salon industry with the ability to manage the entire sales cycle, maintain excellent relationships with clients, Salon Success Managers, and cross-functional teams. The objective of this position is to identify new opportunities & increase the overall revenue of our client base.

What You'll Do

Demo features to clients to encourage upgrades to higher packages

Introduce clients to our Phorest Pay features and work with the Global Payments team on payments rates for our salons.

Work with our Post Sales Management Team to identify new opportunities within the client base to target.

Who You Are

5+ years of consultative sales experience, preferably in the Salon industry.

Ability to confidently demo new features and packages to our existing clients.

Proven ability to close sales and increase annual revenue.

Excellent communication skills; email, phone and in person when necessary

Knowledgeable and comfortable speaking with salons about the benefits of our integrated payments features. Ability to learn the details of the payment processes used at Phorest, financial implications for salons.

Excellent pipeline management with the ability to accurately forecast

Data driven mentality with the ability to identify opportunities using our internal tools.

Be a product expert and Phorest advocate.
