Revenue Enablement, Learning Experience Manager

We’re looking for a passionate, creative, and meticulous Revenue Enablement Professional to help accelerate our revenue and activations by ensuring customer-facing team members are equipped with the knowledge, information, and skills needed to convey the transformative value of Owner. This role involves designing and delivering world-class, science-based curriculum and learning experiences. You will collaborate directly with our Enablement, Revenue Leadership, and Customer Success & Support Leadership Teams to create and deliver high-quality Revenue Learning and Instructional Design.

This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada.

The impact you will have

  • Drive and elevate the curriculum strategy and content design, aligning it with a proficiency matrix across Sales, Success, Support, and Launch.
  • Apply instructional design best practices to all assets—from job aids to certifications—ensuring clarity, retention, and engagement.
  • Build learning paths and assessments in our LMS, WorkRamp, supporting onboarding, role transitions, and ongoing development.
  • Partner with Embedded Enablement Specialists to translate tribal knowledge into scalable training experiences housed in Guru and WorkRamp.
  • Design and deliver our “Finishing School” programs to support internal mobility and mastery.
  • Collaborate with leadership to implement a skills-based economy model, integrating performance data, manager feedback, and training outcomes.

Pay and benefits

  • Estimated base salary: USD 115,000-125,000, plus a generous equity package
  • Other benefits include comprehensive health coverage, remote work, unlimited PTO, and additional perks.
