Qualifications

• Minimum: High School/GED and 1–3 years in hospital or physician revenue cycle, billing or coding.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare or related field; 1 year in Project Management; 1 year in Epic-billing environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze AR performance and financial reports; support system issue resolution.
• Coordinate with leadership and compliance to meet regulatory and documentation requirements.
• Support quality audits and education for revenue cycle staff.
• Assist with maintaining CDM and related software and processes.
