We are looking fora detail-oriented and analytical Revenue and Billing Analyst to join our Revenue and Billing team. This individual will play a critical role in supporting accurate and timely customer billing, resolving complex billing inquiries, and ensuring that revenue-related processes align with accounting standards and business objectives.

With locations in the hearts of London, ON and Kitchener, ON we offer you a flexible setup with the possibility to work from one of our locations or remotely from anywhere in Ontario.No relocation assistance is offered for this position.

Who are you ideally?
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience is idealin billing, revenue operations, or accounting roles.
  • Experience with Subscription invoicing is an asset.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of revenue recognition principles and billing methodologies.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in an environment where changes are frequent and expected.

Primary responsibilities:
  • Review and process complex customer billing requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
  • Respond to and resolve internal and external billing inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze the financial impact of contract changes, credits, or adjustments to ensure proper revenue recognition.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, or Legal teams to interpret contract terms and ensure accurate billing execution.
  • Prepare and reconcile billing schedules, revenue reports, and supporting documentation.
  • Support month-end close activities, including variance analysis.
  • Maintain documentation of billing processes, procedures, and controls to support internal and external audits.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve billing and revenue processes.
