This position is for a Revenue Accountant for our Toronto offices. Schedule is Hybrid, Monday to Friday 8:30 - 4:30 three (3) days in office.

About the role

As a Revenue Accountant, you are responsible for recording tenant receivable activity to the appropriate accounting system of record. Using office automated systems to input data, generate reports, conduct specialized research projects, and respond to inquiries.


• You take a positive, customer-centric approach with everyone you work with.
• You ensure that tenant billings and payments for assigned properties are processed timely and accurately in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• You communicate and collaborate effectively with all stakeholders.
• You coordinate cash management activities.


What You'll Bring


• Post-secondary education in accounting or business.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of progressive accounts receivable or accounting experience.
• Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills.
• Experience with Excel, Word and other accounting software (YARDI preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with high volume accounts receivable departments.

Please note we are a Certified CPA Training Office.
