THIS ROLE IS A HYBRID ROLE BASED IN VANCOUVER BC - HYBRID - IN OFFICE TUES-THURS

Boomi is looking for a Rev Ops Lead - Channel Strategy and Operations to provide operational and analytical support to the Channel organization. You will be part of the Analytics & Operations function within the Revenue Operations team. This role is crucial in maintaining and enhancing the operational relationship with our Channel Partner team, ensuring that we meet current objectives and proactively identify new challenges and opportunities to add value to the business.

What You'll Do:

  • Facilitate and deploy the operating plan for the Alliances & Channel team, ensuring all processes are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Evaluate existing channel operations processes and identify opportunities for improvement, implementing changes that drive operational excellence, including Channel Compensation auditing.
  • Own the operational relationship with the Channel Partner team, ensuring alignment and collaboration across sales leaders and sales representatives.
  • Proactively identify new problems and opportunities to enhance the channel strategy and operations, demonstrating intellectual curiosity and self-initiative.
  • Coordinate with Channel leadership, Partner Programs, Strategic Finance, and Enablement to develop and implement channel strategies aligned with the company’s overall sales and marketing goals.
  • Provide regular updates, insights, and recommendations to senior Channel and Sales leadership based on performance analytics.

The Experience You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 7 years of experience in channel strategy, sales operations, or a related role.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including Power BI or equivalent.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive plans.
  • Experience with CRM software (SFDC), Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Power BI, and familiarity with Partner Management tools.
