Job summary

Wolseley Canada is a leading wholesale distributor of plumbing, HVAC/R, waterworks and industrial products. This role is based in Edmonton and focuses on delivering prompt product knowledge to customers, handling warranties and returns, and collaborating with the warehouse team to ensure products move efficiently.

You will engage with customers in person, by phone, or email, building lasting relationships while maintaining stock at the counter area and supporting warehouse operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous technical experience in sales or customer service in wholesale or distribution
• Local market knowledge with HVAC and Plumbing will be an asset
• General computer skills including Microsoft Office required. Experience with AS400 an asset.
• Must have exceptional customer service and professional communication skills
• Previous warehouse/ forklift experience is an asset

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact, offering prompt product knowledge and information to customers in a professional manner
• Answer questions about warranties and returns
• Process credits and return to vendor products
• Move returned products back into the warehouse
• Respond to customers in a timely manner in person, by phone or email
• Build positive relationships with customers and associates
• Maintain stock of the counter area as needed
• Assist in the warehouse when required

What you will do:
