An established industry player is seeking a District Sales Manager to oversee operations across multiple stores during the seasonal period from July to November. This position is open to individuals who have previously worked for Spencer’s / Spirit Halloween as a District Sales Manager.
Position Duration: Seasonal, from July to November.
Responsibilities include: managing all aspects of store operations for approximately three stores, including sales, payroll, recruiting, training, employee relations, expense control, shrink management, and related functions. Additional duties involve construction, opening, operating, closing, and tear-down of Spirit stores.
Qualifications: Applicants must be at least 21 years old, have a flexible schedule, and possess 2 to 5 years of experience in a multi-store supervisory role.
Physical Demands: The role requires standing, walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting or moving items up to 50 pounds for more than 8 hours daily.
