This position is for individuals who have previously worked for Spencer’s / Spirit Halloween as an Assistant Store Manager.
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a Seasonal Store. They are responsible for assisting in overall store operations to ensure maximum sales and profitability by maintaining guest services, staff development, expense control, shrinkage reduction, and inventory management.
Minimum requirements include being at least 18 years old and having a flexible schedule. The physical demands involve standing and walking for 8+ hours, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
