Lifemark Harvey Avenue in Kelowna, BC, seeks a Registered Clinical Psychologist to join our interdisciplinary team to support clients with complex injuries and psychosocial considerations, emphasizing return-to-work goals.

The role involves CBT-based interventions, education, timely reporting, and collaboration with a diverse health-care team; on-site with optional remote elements and a competitive salary and CE allowance.

Qualifications

• Registered Psychologist in good standing with the College of Psychologists of British Columbia.
• EMDR is beneficial but not required.
• Experience with return-to-work and occupational rehabilitation contexts.

Responsibilities

• Provide education and intervention for Kelowna clients with workplace illness/injuries and related claims (e.g., WorkSafe BC, LTD).
• Utilize CBT approaches and client-centered philosophy in treatment.
• Provide timely reporting and communicate findings to the treatment team and referral sources.
• Offer psychological case management input and guidance regarding progress, barriers, conflict resolution, and discharge planning.
