Key Responsibilities:
  • Plant Operations & Compliance: Oversee all aspects of the facility, maintain safety standards, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, and mentor staff, and identify potential successors.
  • Customer Service & Quality Assurance: Ensure customer satisfaction through quality products and issue resolution.
  • Supply Chain & Logistics: Coordinate with logistics and suppliers for timely delivery.
  • Financial & Strategic Planning: Manage budgets, inventory, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma
  • At least 5 years of management experience in manufacturing
  • Knowledge of financial reporting
  • Supply chain management courses and certifications preferred
  • Expertise in manufacturing and process improvement
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
