Edmonton’s premier senior living community, located off the Anthony Henday Freeway, is seeking a Sales and Marketing professional to help us attract new residents and build a vibrant community. We call our sales team members Retirement Counselors, as the role involves both selling and counseling individuals making significant life decisions.

As a team member, you will:

  1. Build relationships with prospective residents and their families.
  2. Conduct community tours and visits to prospective residents’ homes.
  3. Help residents experience the benefits of living well in our community.

Our compensation package includes salary, commissions, quarterly occupancy bonuses, and benefits. For motivated individuals, there is potential to earn a six-figure income. Turnover among our sales professionals is low due to the rewarding nature of the role.

Ideal candidates will:

  • Have a proactive approach to exceeding sales and financial goals, treating the role as growing their own business.
  • Be passionate about Touchmark, residents, and living the Touchmark Values daily.
  • Be excited to work with team members to ensure residents experience a meaningful "Full Life".
  • Possess flexibility to work some evenings and weekends to accommodate prospective residents’ schedules.
  • View sales and marketing as opportunities to educate and inform prospective residents and families about Touchmark’s living options.

Additional qualifications include:

  • A college degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of successful relationship-based sales experience; hospitality industry experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong customer service commitment.
  • Computer proficiency and experience with lead tracking systems.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Legal authorization to work in Canada.
