What You'll Do

There is variety in our work, including Merchandise Processing, Visual Merchandising, and Customer Service. Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting a culture of high-quality customer service by maintaining operational standards, communicating updates, and training Associates on policies and procedures.
• Planning, prioritizing tasks, and providing direction to Associates in collaboration with management.
• Training and developing associates on merchandise presentation and customer service excellence, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Enhancing the shopping experience by coordinating and driving the timely movement of merchandise, ensuring the sales floor is visually appealing and aligned with standards.
• Contributing to sales and trends by creating inspirational displays, driving the store's fashion, brand, and value strategy through dynamic feature changes.

What You'll Need

To start your career with us, you should have:

• 1-2 years of relevant retail or service industry experience (preferred)
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, including verbal, written, and active listening
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to identify customer and associate needs
• Technical knowledge of register operations
• Ability to set up and maintain a warehouse environment
