Job summary

Winners, part of TJX Canada, is seeking a Retail Store Coordinator to lead and inspire the team in delivering outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced environment. You will drive operations, train Associates, and maintain high store standards while promoting a collaborative culture.

With 1–2 years in retail or service, you’ll manage multiple tasks, communicate clearly, and support merchandising and service policies to ensure a seamless customer journey.

What You’ll Do:

About You:

• Relevant Experience – 1-2 years in retail or service, with a strong grasp of customer needs and operational processes.
• Team Collaboration – A collaborative mindset that fosters effective teamwork and positive relationships.
• Task Management – Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while adapting to new challenges.
• Communication and Time Management – Strong communication and time management skills for clear information sharing and effective prioritization.
