Job summary

TJX Canada – Winners, Marshalls, HomeSense in Thunder Bay is seeking a Retail Store Coordinator to lead daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

You’ll supervise and train Associates, drive visual merchandising, maintain service standards, and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth back-room processes. Prior retail experience and strong communication, time management, and task management skills are essential.
